We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms being cleaned daily and fresh towels and bathroom supplies provided. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including access to the 'L' line for convenient transportation around the city. We also enjoyed being close to McCormick and Schmicks, as well as the Concierge Club Lounge, which offered a delicious breakfast buffet and evening appetizers. The staff, especially Jonathon at the front desk, were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything, yet quiet thanks to the sound-proof windows. The view was stunning, and we even got to watch the Thanksgiving parade from our room!

They were quick to check us in and out, and always helpful when we had any questions or requests. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with our room being cleaned daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lobby where we could relax, work, and enjoy a drink from the bar. The location was perfect, right across the river from Marina City and close to the theaters. We felt safe and had easy access to transportation, with a subway station right outside the hotel. it was a wonderful experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, both in the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel facilities were great, with a tall table and 6 chairs, a TV, sink, and more. The location was perfect, close to all the downtown places I wanted to see, including Millennial Park and Magnificent Mile. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the lack of wifi.
I had such an incredible experience! The river-view suite had an exceptional view. The comfy bed and the TV with Netflix and YouTube made me feel right at home. I loved that the hotel has a green initiative, with recycle bins in the rooms and eco-friendly housekeeping practices. The location was perfect, with the Chicago Theater, the Bean, and the Willis Tower all within walking distance. The staff was so supportive and even helped me plan my activities in the city. The hotel facilities, including the gym, pool, and "stretch room," felt like a spa.
