I had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The concierge team was outstanding, providing all the support and information I needed to explore this wonderful city. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with clean and spacious rooms that were perfect for my family. The location couldn't have been better - it was conveniently close to all the major tourist attractions, such as the National Mall and the Tidal Basin. Plus, there was a CVS right next to the hotel for any last-minute snacks or essentials I needed. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and location for tourism were top-notch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was super comfortable and the bathroom was exceptional with a large and beautiful tub. The staff were excellent, addressing us by name and providing attentive and friendly service. The location was perfect for exploring the Mall, the Tidal Basin, and the Wharf with its great dining options. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities, including a superb shower and soaking tub in the bathroom. We also appreciated the free coffee in the lobby in the morning.

During my stay, the hotel staff made me feel important and welcomed. They were very friendly and accommodating, providing me with high-quality organic baby toiletries and even giving me a stuffed panda bear upon arrival. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The spa facilities were fabulous and the bathroom was amazing, with a huge bathtub and excellent water pressure. The hotel's location was great for exploring the Mall and the Tidal Basin, and it was within walking distance of the Wharf, which had lots of great restaurants. The breakfast provided was very good and rich, and the hotel staff were always helpful and kind, making my stay enjoyable.

The staff were excellent and acted swiftly when there was a water leak issue. The club lounge was comfortable and the staff, especially Adham, were friendly. The swimming pool area was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and updated. The hotel offered indoor parking and the valet service was fast and courteous. The hotel was conveniently located near a pedestrian bridge, The Wharf, and many great restaurants.
