The hotel had a private beach that was great for relaxation and leisure activities. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The all-inclusive package meant that I didn't have to worry about food and drinks, which was a great convenience. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the nearby strip for shopping and exploration. On Tuesday and Wednesday, I was in transit to a cruise ship departing from this city, and the hotel provided convenient transportation options. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The grounds and rooms are beautiful! The dining manager was very personable to my sister and me. The staff, including Sheneka and Tenisha, provided excellent service. The view from the room was perfect with flowers, palm trees, birds, and a fountain. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the room attendant, Esmeralda, even made a lovely flower arrangement for our anniversary. The bartenders were great, and there was a variety of drinks available. The entertainment, especially Clark, was energetic and made the evenings entertaining.

The pool and beach were a lot of fun, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The food options were delicious, with fluffy eggs, fresh fruit, scrumptious pork selections, and great drinks. The housekeeping and dining room attendants provided outstanding and friendly service. the best aspects of this hotel were its cleanliness, facilities, breakfast offerings, and staff.
