The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was outstanding. We also appreciated the convenient parking and transportation options available. The hotel's location was perfect - it was close to everything in this city, including Lenox center and the downtown area. We were able to easily explore all the Berkshires attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

The hotel's surroundings are impressive, with a spacious and well-maintained garden area. It creates such a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

We loved the location of this hotel! It was so convenient to all the Berkshires attractions and pretty close to the downtown area. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the large and lovely gardens in the back. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The cleanliness was also top-notch, and we found the rooms to be well-maintained. the breakfast selection was fantastic, with a variety of options to choose from.
