We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous, right at the 16th Street Mall which is filled with restaurants and stores. It was so convenient to have numerous eating and shopping options right at our doorstep. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, everything was well-maintained and spotless. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the pool which was spacious and had plenty of lounge chairs and tables for groups to sit together. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. From Lisa at the front counter to the building engineer who fixed our AC, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The security precautions at the hotel were also commendable, making us feel safe with the use of keys to enter the building and use the elevator.

We had an amazing stay here! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the heated pool with its great view. The location was perfect, right off the bustling 16th Street mall, making transportation and access to nearby attractions easy. Breakfast in the Club Room on the 22nd floor was a delightful experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had easy access to an elevator. The staff at the breakfast buffet was so friendly and the food was satisfying. I also appreciated that the hotel provided a regular secure bath mat promptly when my mobility problems required it. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a shopping mall right there. I had a fantastic experience and would love to visit again.
