I had an amazing time at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was top-notch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The location, with the creek nearby, provided a beautiful and serene backdrop for relaxation. Additionally, the hotel's convenient proximity to downtown and walking trails made it easy for me to explore the area. The cafe on-site offered a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options, making dining a breeze.

I had a great experience staying here! The location was fantastic, just a hop and a skip away from downtown Gatlinburg. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking was convenient, and the transportation options, like the trolley that stops right outside the hotel, made it easy to explore the area. Plus, the view from my balcony overlooking the little stream was absolutely beautiful.
