We had a fantastic stay in this charming hotel located right in the middle of restaurants, shopping, and art. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient parking and the friendly staff, from Rafael at check-in to Alex, the Operations Manager, who assisted us during check-out. The hotel's location was unbeatable, just a couple of blocks from the center of town, surrounded by shops and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring this city.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping, galleries, museums, and food. It was a pleasant neighborhood to explore day or night. The staff were extremely friendly and gave us great recommendations. this hotel was a great home base for exploring all that this city has to offer, from its fresh mountain air to its charming old town.

I had the best stay here! The location was unbeatable, with everything in the historic district within walking distance. The hotel facilities were clean and top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. From Rafael's friendly check-in to Alex, the Operations Manager, who was helpful during my check-out, the staff truly made me feel welcome. Moreover, the hotel offers free parking for guests in a nearby city lot, which was very convenient. Being close to restaurants and shops was a major plus as well.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit in this area. The staff, especially Alejandra, were really friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The lobby was beautiful, with a working fireplace and a cozy gathering space. The hotel had a classic Spanish style that we really enjoyed, and the restaurant and bar served delicious food.
