Cleanliness was impeccable, from the towels carefully laid out to the spotless shared bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, providing a charmingly-decorated common room with late night cocoa. The breakfast served was delicious and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The hotel's location in the historical town center was convenient, close to restaurants and attractions.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, close to everything in the historical center of the city. We loved being so close to the Susitna river to the west, which provided a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.
Hard to think of anything negative.
The staff made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I checked in. They were friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my needs were met. The hotel is located right in downtown, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. it is situated close to the Susitna river to the west and on top of the museum, providing beautiful views and a unique atmosphere. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast options were delicious. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Couldn't stay longer.
We had a fantastic stay in this cozy hotel with a European feel. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They easily fixed a small mix-up on our bill and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant and bakery, were top-notch, and the staff went out of their way to provide exceptional service. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel is tip-free, a unique and refreshing touch.
