I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my visit. The hotel's fitness facility was top-notch, with a clean and well-maintained gym that offered a great selection of equipment. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated right on Michigan Avenue and across from Grant Park. This made it convenient for exploring the city's attractions and enjoying the beautiful views.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, right on Michigan Ave and across from Grant Park. We were able to walk to many attractions and restaurants, making it convenient for our vacation in the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra blankets and toiletries when we needed them. The hotel facilities were clean and stylish, and the bar was a nice place to relax. we had a great experience at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were impressive. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Shedd Aquarium and Art Institute. The hotel itself is on the register of historic places in the USA, which added to its charm. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

The awesome light-filled windows and expansive views of the sunrise, lake, greenspace & Buckingham fountain! Front desk staff Jessica Burns was wonderfully welcoming and exceptionally responsive. Manager Dusica Martic made this phenomenal room happen. Great thanks to all! The location is excellent, with access to downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and shops.
