From the moment I arrived, I felt immediately welcomed by Tony and the staff. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was incredible, especially in my room. It had a perfect combination of medieval charm and modern convenience with a luxurious bathroom. The hotel's location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city and just opposite a famous landmark. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff made dining a sociable and enjoyable experience, and I loved meeting interesting people from all over the world.
Nothing, all was good.
We had the most amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious and beautifully presented. The location of the hotel in the center of town was perfect, with the added convenience of free parking. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the spacious and comfortable rooms, and the interesting decor and artifacts throughout the property.
We didn't dislike anything about the property.
The location was fantastic, with the Chalice Well and the Abbey just a short walk away. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. We were able to park easily, either on the street or in a nearby car park. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the owner's dog was very cute. The hotel is conveniently located near the main high street, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast offered a wide range of options and was delicious.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
