We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere in the lobby and restaurant area was amazing, creating a great vibe. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They even helped us find a room with a superb view. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with options like room service on demand, which was not only convenient but also environmentally friendly. Additionally, we loved the option to rent out bikes, even though we may have been some of the only guests to do so. The location was perfect, situated in the Fulton district with easy access to the West Loop restaurants off Randolph Street, while still being close to the city center with the nearby Morgan station.
We loved the location of this hotel, right in the heart of the vibrant West Loop neighborhood. The hotel is surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars off Randolph Street in the Fulton district. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options nearby, including the L train for easy access to downtown and the lake area. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location in the Fulton district was perfect as it was surrounded by trendy West Loop restaurants off Randolph Street. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including an incredible rooftop pool and bar. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, making my stay even more comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, especially the lady behind the desk who handled my room change with professionalism and ensured everything was in order. Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to the L train for exploring the city.
