From a very comfortable bed to the heated toilet seats, this hotel excelled in cleanliness and room amenities. The turndown service with chocolates was a nice touch. The hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Ala Moana Shopping Centre and the International Market Place. The staff provided excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location, just outside of the bustling area of Waikiki, was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable rooms, including a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a gorgeous ocean view, and the cultural activities offered were a thoughtful and inspiring way to experience the Hawaiian heritage. The hotel also provided free transportation to Waikiki, making it easy to explore the city.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like royalty. They were extremely responsive and helpful, especially Koji, who assisted us even before our arrival. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. We loved the private access to the beautiful beach and enjoyed spending time at the nice pools. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the ocean-side setting. The location was perfect, not too crowded or bustling, and still close to everything we wanted to see. the service, cleanliness, facilities, and location were the best aspects of our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped me book tickets for a tour before my arrival. The hotel had a great breakfast buffet with plenty of variety. The location was perfect, close to Waikiki and the Ala Mona Mall. The beach was beautiful and the pool was great too.
