I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a minibar stocked with a variety of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The location was perfect, situated in the theater district of downtown, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy the theaters, restaurants, and nightlife within walking distance or a short drive. Additionally, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, with one receptionist named Laura standing out for her outstanding service and genuine interest in ensuring everything was great.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The deluxe king room was spacious and beautiful. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. The front desk clerks were very accommodating. The hotel's location in the heart of downtown surrounded by office buildings was perfect for attending events at the Wortham Center and the Alley Theater. The staff was really nice and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in this city and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and had a beautiful interior. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch. The attention to detail was impressive, from the makeup cloth in the bathroom to the handwritten card from the general manager. The staff went above and beyond, welcoming me with an umbrella on a rainy day and assisting with check-in. The location was convenient, with easy access to the downtown area and great restaurants. I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel facilities, breakfast selection, and the friendly and helpful staff.
