We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, situated on the famous Rodeo Drive and close to many great shops and restaurants. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spacious rooms and the view from our balcony towards the HOLLYWOOD sign. The cleanliness of the room, as well as the bathroom, was impeccable. The staff, particularly Joyce the concierge, were extremely helpful and attentive to our needs.

The hotel's location was perfect, with great shops and restaurants nearby. The rooftop views were breathtaking, and the pool was amazing. The staff was exceptional and provided excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and had great amenities, including separate toilets and showers. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a beautiful spa.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The location of the hotel was also great, situated in Beverly Hills close to two bustling boulevards. The hotel facilities, including the spa and rooftop pool, were top-notch and provided a relaxing experience. The guest relations manager, Brooke, was excellent and even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift. The concierge service was also very helpful, as was the hotel car service to nearby places.

The hotel facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful rooftop bar and a lavish spa featuring a magnificent magnesium pool. The location is also excellent, with great shops, restaurants, and famous landmarks just steps away. The staff, from the receptionist to the valet parking, is welcoming and exceptional. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and elegant, similar to classic European hotels.
