I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being spotless and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning lobby and great desk space for working. The location in the center of everything was perfect, just a short walk to Times Square and conveniently close to the subway. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service and even upgrading our rooms for a special occasion. The complementary bottle of champagne was a lovely touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, as it was right next to Penn Station and very close to the subway. It was also within walking distance to Times Square, which made exploring the city so easy. The hotel facilities were great, with good security and a nice old school style building. The staff was absolutely amazing, from the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurants and bars. They were all so friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the location, cleanliness, and staff were the best aspects of our stay.
Almost perfect, but the family room we stayed in was a bit cramped. The double beds were too small and couldn't fit two adults comfortably.
We loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with many attractions within walking distance, such as Times Square and Central Park. It was also very convenient being right next to Penn Station. The hotel facilities were clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making us feel safe and taken care of. The breakfast at the tick tock cafe adjoining the hotel was of good quality and value for money.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception and cleaning staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to answer our questions and ensure we had a great experience. The location of the hotel was wonderful, with a metro station right next to it, making it easy for us to explore Manhattan by walking or using the subway. We were able to visit major attractions in this city without any hassle. Additionally, the rooms were spacious, with a living room attached and two bathrooms. We even had a room upgrade with a fabulous view of the Empire State Building and 8th Ave.
