I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredible, from the receptionist Ebony, to the helpful Steven who took our bags, and the friendly hosts Anna and Richard at the pool area. The hotel had spacious rooms with great amenities and a good-sized balcony with excellent sea views. The hotel offered complimentary coffee in the morning and the restaurant served delicious food with a view of the ocean. The hotel's location was ideal, right across from the beach, allowing for a beautiful view from the lounge chairs.
Nothing not to like.
The hotel is more like a boutique property and was the perfect setting for my family to reconnect. The staff, especially Jonathan at the pool, were attentive and generous. The customer service was excellent, with staff members like Chris going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The entire staff was positive, upbeat, friendly, and professional. The hotel facilities, restaurant, and spa were all amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredible, from the friendly and helpful bellmen to the attentive and polite front desk. Jen at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helped us make dinner reservations. The valet guy gave us great recommendations, including a complimentary bike ride to a local diner called the Floridian. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the clear seawater and beach team providing bottle water. the staff and their personalized service were the best aspects of our stay.
