During my stay, I was amazed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff made sure that every corner was spotless. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch. The pool area was not only beautiful but also had attentive staff. The hotel even provided a courtesy bus to the theme parks, which was a great convenience. Lastly, the location was perfect for families with kids. They had a designated area for children to hang out while the parents checked-in, providing a seamless experience.

The chicken wings at H&H were possibly the best I've ever tasted. The grand lake reserve at the lakes, near the Orlando theme parks, provided a beautiful backdrop for my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

The pool was spectacular, and we loved that we had the option to use the larger pool at the neighboring Marriott. The location of this hotel was perfect, situated between the JW and Ritz with numerous restaurants and stunning grounds to walk through. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was attentive and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The pool was fantastic, and there was never a long wait for anything. The location was great, with easy access to both Disney and Universal Studios. I also enjoyed the lazy river at the JW Marriott within the complex. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
