We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our experience special. They even made sure to arrange balloons and treats for my son's birthday. The location was perfect - downtown yet quiet. The outside bar and restaurant had great food, cocktails, and fantastic staff. The hotel rooms were clean, comfortable, and had stunning views. We loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and my daughter especially enjoyed the candy bar at check-in. The hotel also did a great job of acknowledging and celebrating my wife's birthday. everything was wonderful.

The location of this hotel in downtown Toronto was incredibly convenient, especially for our conference at the nearby Convention Centre. The hotel facilities were stunning, with beautiful decoration and well-maintained rooms. The staff went above and beyond to provide top-notch service, making our stay truly special. We particularly appreciated the private access to a VIP lounge, which had delicious food, snacks, and drinks, along with perfect service throughout the day. Special thanks to Olga, who was fantastic!

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, it was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a large terrace and a great gym for our use. The location was perfect, as we could walk to most of the sites we had booked, including the CN Tower and other landmarks. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly and welcoming front desk staff to the attentive and caring door attendants. We felt genuinely taken care of during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff members were wonderful, from the fabulous front desk who were friendly and knowledgeable, to the incredibly friendly and polite concierge. Their high level of training was evident and made our experience even better. The location of the hotel was perfect, right at the center of town but on a relatively quiet street. We were able to easily explore the city and enjoy sightseeing. The hotel facilities were impeccable, and we especially loved the outside bar and restaurant which had a great ambiance. The staff at the bar and restaurant were fabulous, providing excellent service and serving very good food and cocktails.

We had an amazing view of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower from our spacious and spotlessly clean room on the 16th floor. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a large terrace and a great gym. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the breakfast options were excellent with a wide range of hot and cold dishes.
