The staff was warm, accommodating, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our stay special, especially for my daughter's birthday. The room was spacious and the bed was great. The hotel facilities, including the lobby area and the Ritz's Lobby restaurant & bar, were excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to parking and transportation. We also enjoyed the nearby bistro and wine lounge, as well as the breakfast options. Cleanliness was top-notch.

The location is perfect, being connected to a high-end shopping mall and offering shuttle service to a nearby large shopping mall. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the spa manager to the front desk staff and shuttle driver. The room was very comfortable and allowed us to relax and rest. The cleanliness of the hotel and the bathrooms was exceptional. The breakfast at the Bistro exceeded our expectations in terms of taste and service.
