We had a fantastic stay in this hotel with its amazing view of Manhattan. The room was impeccably clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, with big king size pillows and a cozy comfort top mattress. The hotel staff was polite, helpful, and accommodating, especially the concierge, Ben. He went above and beyond to make our stay special, providing us with valuable information and suggestions on things to do in the area. As we were celebrating our 50th anniversary, he surprised us with champagne and strawberries, which made our holiday even more memorable. The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby, including a mall right behind the building.

The breakfast was exceptional and included in the price. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and a shopping center nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff, particularly Rose, Imasha, and Jamie, were friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to the WTC and the lower west side of Manhattan, making it easy to explore these areas. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
