I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to excellent restaurants as well as a sports bar for breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with great water pressure in the shower. The view from my room was really neat, adding an extra touch to my experience. I was also impressed with the hotel facilities, particularly the Rooftop restaurant which had a keen menu.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and quick to resolve any issues that arose during my stay. The bathroom in the room was beautifully designed and added a touch of luxury to my stay. The bed was by far the best I've ever slept on, with soft pillows, sheets, and an amazing mattress that made it hard to get out of bed in the morning. The hotel even surprised me with delicious macaroons and a sweet note, showing that they truly cared about making my stay special.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing warm chocolate chip cookies on arrival. The hotel was clean and fresh, and I was impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shopping, dining, and major sights like the Chicago theater.
