The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast had a great selection of food, including porridge. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had a lovely view. The location was fantastic, just minutes away from the theater district and popular tourist spots like Leicester Square and Trafalgar Square. Transportation was also convenient, with a bus directly to the hotel and a nearby tube station.
All was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in such a convenient location. The hotel was right next to the National Gallery and Trafalgar Square, making it easy for us to explore the city on foot. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and kept us satisfied till dinner. The staff, especially Mr Waleed, provided excellent service and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The hotel also had great transportation options nearby, making it even more convenient for us to get around.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The location was perfect, just behind a famous art museum and within walking distance of many attractions and the main theater hub. It was ideal for a weekend break. The room was wonderfully clean and spacious, with a beautifully done bathroom and an amazing shower. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were great amenities like a Nespresso machine and a kettle for tea. The staff were so polite, friendly, and helpful, making my experience even better. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, being close to most London classic tourist attractions and within walking distance of everything we needed. It was especially convenient for the theatres and a lot of the main visitor attractions. the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Hard to think of anything negative about this hotel.
