We had a fantastic stay here. Best aspects were cleanliness, friendly staff, convenient transportation to Universal, and delicious breakfast. All good.
The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with the cleaning staff being efficient and effective. The location was perfect, as the hotel was incredibly close to the theme parks in this city. The transportation options, like the water taxi service, were convenient and made getting to and from the parks a breeze. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist and provide useful information. it was a higher-end experience with great hotel facilities and a delicious breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I loved the convenience of being able to text them with any questions. The hotel also provided free luggage storage, which allowed me to enjoy a full day at Universal even after checking out. The rooms were spacious, with a huge bathroom and comfortable beds. The water taxi service to and from the parks was a major plus, and the short 6-minute boat trip was super convenient. The express passes were definitely worth it, as they allowed for unlimited rides and quick access to attractions. I also appreciated the on-site Universal gift shop, where I could purchase merchandise without dealing with the crowds.
