Cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist us.

The staff at reception were very friendly and the breakfast waitresses were really helpful and attentive. The hotel facilities were great, especially the leisure facilities. The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk to the city centre restaurants and pubs. We also found it very convenient for attending concerts as it was easily accessible by bus X19 or by subway. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the parking was free and on-site.

The staff, especially the receptionists, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, offering a beautiful view. I also enjoyed the convenience of having a pool that was not crowded and very clean. the hotel's restaurant and Starbucks were a great addition. I loved sitting at the wooden tables outside the building, especially during the hot days. The hotel's location by the river and in a quiet area, just a short walk to the city centre, made it even more appealing. It was easily accessible by bus X19 or by subway.
