I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and sympathetic when my bags were lost by the airline. They not only upgraded my room but also treated me to a complimentary drink. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the theater and business districts, and close to the Common Gardens in a great neighborhood. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the gym which had new equipment like Peloton. The staff went above and beyond when I needed a shirt cleaned and pressed for a job interview. They found a cleaner nearby, coordinated the whole operation, and had my shirt back to me the same day. I will definitely be staying here for all my future trips to this city!

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, nestled in the bustling theater district. It was easy to explore various neighborhoods on foot from here. The hotel offered excellent dining options in all directions, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were superb, with a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were incredibly comfortable - we didn't want to get up! The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, providing all the help we needed, including loan umbrellas. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to multiple downtown attractions and explore different neighborhoods outside of the nightclub.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to be in the center of all the tourist attractions. Being in the Theater district allowed me to conveniently walk to the theater to catch a show. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the gym which was small but clean and well-maintained with new equipment, including a Peloton bike. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable. They even upgraded my room when I realized I hadn't booked one that could accommodate an extra bed. a great experience.
