The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet all of my requests. They made me feel welcome and their attention to detail was admirable. The rooms were surprisingly quiet, considering the bustling downtown area and train tracks nearby. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was excellent, with convenient access to public transportation and close proximity to popular attractions.

The location within walking distance of the main attractions was a huge plus. We didn't need to rely on public transportation as everything was easily accessible by foot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

We really appreciated the small touch of a complimentary bottle of water in the room. The location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants and facilities. The staff, hired by the outstanding GM Andy King, were exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The front desk workers were extremely helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to visit in this city. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, within a 10-minute walk of Union Station and the Lyric Opera.

The location was perfect, with a parking garage just a block away.
