The hotel's location was super close to everything, including Niagara Falls and the casino, which was a bonus. I loved how convenient it was to explore all the attractions around the area. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, such as the pool and fitness center, were open for use. The breakfast provided was great, with options for those with dietary restrictions like gluten-free. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the falls and close to all the restaurants and shopping areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and spacious room that had all the amenities I needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The breakfast provided was wonderful, with a wide variety of food options including fresh fruit, smoothies, eggs, and waffles. The staff, especially Johanna at the front desk, were exceptional, always accommodating and friendly. Additionally, I appreciated the free parking and the convenience of having a 24-hour coffee/tea/cocoa bar in the lobby.

We loved that there was a large area beside the hotel to walk our dogs. The place was fairly clean and well kept. The staff at the front desk, especially Jason, were so incredibly awesome! They were attentive, friendly, and made our hotel experience the best we've ever had. The breakfast was good, and the kitchen staff were awesome too. Lucy, one of the staff members, was helpful with the tours. The location of the hotel was great. It was directly in the midst of all activities, close to both the American Falls and Canadian Falls. It was also in a better area. we had a wonderful stay.
