We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, making for a comfortable and inviting experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the pool and hot tub which provided a refreshing and relaxing alternative to the nearby Pagosa Springs. The parking right outside our door was convenient, especially for our motorcycle travel needs. Additionally, the location of the hotel, being very close to the river, allowed for breathtaking views and peaceful walks along the river walk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the retro look of the place was charming. The room I stayed in was enormous, with two comfortable queen beds and modern amenities like a great air conditioner. The cleanliness of the grounds was impeccable, and the lawn area and sun patio near the spa pool were cozy and spacious. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of old town and within walking distance to restaurants. Plus, it was just off the main street and close enough to downtown.
All was good.
Incredible cleanliness throughout the hotel - spotless from top to bottom. Hotel facilities were top-notch, with well-organized hot springs soaking and swimming facilities. Convenient parking available. Perfect location, just minutes away from the river and nearby attractions. Friendly and helpful staff provided excellent service.
