We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being close to Umeda Sky Building and near Osaka Central Station, which made it central to all locations in this city as well as daily trips to Kyoto. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

I absolutely loved the spacious and comfortable room - it felt like a home away from home. The hotel staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel like a VIP. The location was incredibly convenient, right above the subway station and linked to the main train station. The in-room amenities were excellent, especially the electric tea kettle. Breakfast had a wide selection and the staff made me feel welcome.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.
The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic! It's just a short walk to the train station, where you can easily access both the JR line and the subway. Plus, there are attached underground tunnels that lead you straight to the shopping malls and other attractions nearby. The convenience is unbeatable! The hotel staff were also very helpful and friendly, guiding me through the underground walkway when it was raining heavily.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the railway station and surrounded by everything we needed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a heated pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who gave us valuable tips and saved us money. The breakfast buffet was not crowded and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Nothing not to love.
The hotel had everything we needed and more, making our stay in this city absolutely fantastic.
