We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff, especially Anika at the front desk and the Bellwoman, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room service order was delivered on time and the food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. We absolutely loved the private key access to the king terrace loft, which had stunning ceiling to floor windows. The location of this hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently located near the Gas Lamp District, San Diego Convention Center, and the local trolley car system for easy transportation around this city. The bed in our room was by far the most comfortable hotel bed we have ever slept on.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect - the room exceeded my expectations, with a spa bathtub that I absolutely loved. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The staff I interacted with were amazing, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of shops and restaurants in the Gaslamp district. The hotel also had great facilities, including free WiFi for HHonors members. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.
Nothing, it was perfect.
The location of this hotel is absolutely ridiculous! It's only two blocks away from everything you could ever want to see in downtown. As a single person on vacation, it was perfect for me. I didn't even need a car because I could walk everywhere. Plus, it's very close to the convention center, making it incredibly accessible. The staff was great when I interacted with them during check-in and check-out. The room itself was amazing, with a spacious layout and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was immaculate.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance of great nightlife options right across the street. It was also conveniently near Petco Park, where we attended a concert. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
