The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The staff, especially Yoni at the little beach bar, were very friendly and fun to talk with. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food options. The hotel was in a good location, close to restaurants and transportation options.
Nothing, it was perfect.
We loved the beautiful beach, despite some seaweed. The beach had cabana umbrellas and a great beach bar. The buffet had excellent food with a huge variety. Isael was our favorite waiter and Gerardo at the seafood restaurant made our Luna de Miel special. The Bamboo Spa with Geldine & Janely provided amazing treatments. Simon recommended an incredible Seaquarium excursion.
All was good.
The beach is beautiful, with cabana umbrellas and a bar serving delicious drinks. The buffet has a huge variety of food and the staff, especially Miguel and Isael, were attentive and friendly. The Bamboo Spa provided excellent service, and the Seaquarium excursion was highly recommended.

The hotel's location near the beach and water-based excursions was superb. The unlimited drinks, live entertainment, and exotic birds and aquatic animals in the protected area were impressive. The staff, especially Ignacio and Eugenius at the front desk, Siiana and Mairoby from guest services, were very kind.
