We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were larger and had connecting suites, which was perfect for our group. The staff, especially Jim at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated the laundry facilities, which were free to use, as well as the courtesy van that took us to and from the slopes. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a grocery store across the parking lot and plenty of restaurants nearby. It was also closer to the town than the facilities at the ski area in the White Mountains.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The room was great and the pool was beautiful. The location was awesome, being close to everything in the region and by the mountains. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was impeccably clean and we loved the luxurious bath tub in the room. The kitchen was beautiful and very well equipped. The hotel's location was perfect, with lots of shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and a grocery store within walking distance. We were thrilled to find that Loon Mountain was just down the street, and the hotel even offered a shuttle service to the mountain. Our favorite part of our stay was the amazing pool. We loved being able to enter the pool indoors and then swim outside. One of the highlights was swimming in the pool during a snowstorm - it was simply magical. We couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate a special birthday. We want to say a big thank you to all the staff for the exceptional service.
