The hotel's location in a good, safe area convenient to midtown Detroit was a major plus for us. We also loved that it was housed in a charming 19th-century townhouse, which added to the overall feel of the place. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. In addition, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel special throughout our stay. The shuttle service provided was a great convenience, with the driver being very helpful and giving us suggestions for places to visit in the area.
Nothing, it was perfect.
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to major roads and close proximity to local tourist areas such as the Detroit Historical Museum, the Michigan Science Center, and the Q line. Additionally, we found the hotel to be very clean and well-maintained, with beautiful Victorian-style houses that added to the quiet and peaceful ambiance. The staff was extremely friendly, offering assistance and answering any questions we had. The breakfast provided a delicious and varied spread, with options such as muffins, toast, eggs, waffles, and fresh fruit. The parking was easily accessible, making for a hassle-free arrival and exit.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The hotel's cozy ambiance and historic look were charming. The breakfast had a delicious selection of tea, and there were enough choices to satisfy my appetite. The hotel's location was great as it was close enough to downtown Detroit that I could easily explore the city's attractions. The complimentary shuttle service was a godsend, especially when I was attending a wine-tasting downtown and didn't want to drive. The staff members were all very welcoming and friendly, making me feel like a valued guest.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic - close to everything and within walking distance of the DIA and the Detroit Historical Museum. The period style of the hotel added a unique touch to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great selection and delicious options.

We loved the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They made our stay truly enjoyable. The hotel facilities were clean and beautifully decorated. The free parking and shuttle service were convenient for exploring downtown Detroit. The location was ideal, just a short drive away from popular attractions like the art institute and history museum.
